- To send the FedShark Brief if you subscribed or asked to receive it.
- To keep a record of our business contacts in our customer relationship management system.

Who processes it
This website is hosted by Netlify, which also receives our form submissions. We may use trusted service providers, such as our email and CRM tools, to store contacts and send the newsletter. They process information on our behalf and only for these purposes.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the FedShark Brief at any time using the link in any email. To ask us to update or delete your information, send a request through our contact form.
